Our emergency succession plan featured on Blue Avocado

When COVID first became a reality, we created and offered a free version of our Emergency Succession Plan to help nonprofits prepare.  We were amazed to see it get downloaded hundreds of times around the world.   We hope no one actually had to use it.

 We were really honored when Blue Avocado chose to feature our Emergency Succession Plan in an article in their recent May issue!   If you don’t already have it, download a copy from the article or our website.

 This emergency plan is the most basic piece of succession planning.  We’re working with a group of colleagues around the nation to develop a new framework for succession that addresses building an equitable talent pipeline at all levels of an organization including the board.   Start with this simple, free emergency succession plan, but let’s keep our eyes on the horizon for a better way to work.
